How to Use
Don't Skip the 15-Minute Soak
For deeper exfoliation, soak your skin under warm water for approximately 15 minutes before using the Double-Layered Mitt, Facial Mitt, or Bikini Buffer. This is the most important step—it softens the outer layer of dead skin and prepares skin for effective exfoliation.
Double-Layered Body Mitt
- Prep: Wet and wring out the mitt.
- Exfoliate: Step away from the water stream and use firm, controlled circular or back-and-forth motions on clean, softened skin.
- Finish: Rinse, pat dry, and moisturize.
For deeper body exfoliation, use approximately once per week. For faded or uneven self-tanner, use over those areas as needed.
Facial Mitt
- Cleanse: Use the terry cloth side with your favorite cleanser.
- Exfoliate: Wet and wring the mitt, step away from the water, and use the viscose side with gentle, controlled motions and light pressure.
- Finish: Rinse, pat dry, and follow with your usual skincare routine.
For lighter facial exfoliation, use the viscose side with cleanser without the 15-minute soak.
Bikini Buffer
- Prep: Wet and wring out the buffer.
- Grip: Slide your fingers under the ergonomic strap for a secure hold.
- Exfoliate: Step away from the water and use gentle, controlled motions over the bikini area.
- Finish: Rinse, pat dry, and moisturize.
For lighter bikini exfoliation, use with cleanser 2–3 times per week without the 15-minute soak. After waxing or sugaring, wait approximately 48–72 hours before exfoliating. After shaving, wait until the skin is no longer sensitive or irritated.
Avoid freshly shaved, sunburned, broken, irritated, or freshly treated skin.

Care Instructions
After each use, rinse all three tools thoroughly to remove loosened skin, product, and residue. Gently squeeze out excess water and allow each tool to air dry completely.
Use the hanging loop on the Double-Layered Mitt for easy drying. Lay the Facial Mitt flat or hang it in a well-ventilated area. Lay the Bikini Buffer flat or hang it to dry.
Store all three in a clean, dry place. Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, and high heat.
For optimal performance and hygiene, replace the Double-Layered Mitt and Facial Mitt approximately every 3 months, or sooner with frequent use.

Free shipping is provided for orders placed within the US. All orders will be shipped by the next business day via USPS Ground Advantage™ and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delayed & Lost Shipments

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, any requests to change or cancel an order after it has been placed cannot be guaranteed. Returns
We honor a free 30-day return policy for all products.* To initiate a return, click here or go to seraphic-skincare.loopreturns.com and follow the prompts. A return label will be provided free of charge. Once the shipment is in transit, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
