How to Use
Dry Brush Before You Shower
Always use the brush on completely dry skin, before showering or bathing.
- Start at Your Feet and use quick, sweeping strokes upward toward your legs, thighs, midsection, and chest.
- Brush Toward the Center of Your Body, overlapping each area as you go.
- Adjust Pressure based on the area. Use lighter pressure on more delicate areas and firmer pressure on thicker skin like the legs and thighs.
- Shower & Rinse after brushing to wash away loosened dead skin.
- Moisturize while skin is still slightly damp.
Use no more than once per week. Do not use on the face, sensitive or compromised skin, rashes, sunburn, open wounds, or irritated areas. Test a small area first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Care Instructions
After use, remove loose skin and debris from the bristles. If needed, rinse with warm water and towel dry thoroughly. Allow the brush to air dry completely before storing.
