These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Seraphic Skincare, Inc. (“Seraphic Skincare,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through seraphic-skincare.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy incorporated by reference.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped the next business day via USPS Ground Advantage™. Delivery within the United States generally occurs within 3–7 business days, though delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on volume, holidays, or carrier delays.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Products

If you receive incorrect or damaged products, or if your shipment is lost in transit, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost to you.

To qualify for replacement:

  • Incorrect or damaged products must be reported within five (5) days of delivery.
  • Lost products must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your shipping confirmation.

Failure to report within these timeframes (“Inspection Periods”) constitutes a waiver of your claim.

Incorrect or damaged products must be returned using the prepaid return label we provide. If you choose to return items using your own carrier, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and may forfeit replacement eligibility.

We do not provide monetary refunds for incorrect, damaged, or lost items—replacement is the sole remedy.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied for reasons other than incorrect, damaged, or lost products, you may initiate a return within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Returns must be initiated through our designated return system, which may be Loop Returns or Shopify’s built-in return portal. Instructions will be provided once your return request begins.

A prepaid return label will be issued. A refund to your original payment method will be processed once the return shipment is marked “in transit” by the carrier, typically within 7–10 business days.

Due to hygienic standards, we cannot restock used or opened items; however, all refunded items must still be returned for quality control.

Excessive returns may result in limits or refusals. If a customer submits two (2) or more returns within six (6) months, Seraphic Skincare may, at its discretion, restrict future purchases or returns.

The Company reserves the right to limit sales or quantities to any person where permitted by law.

Product Disclaimers

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have not been evaluated by the FDA.

You should patch test all formulas before widespread use. Products should not be applied to open wounds, burns, or compromised skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have sensitive skin, or have concerns about suitability, consult a medical professional before use.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Some ingredients, textures, or fabrics may cause irritation in susceptible individuals.
  • Seraphic Skincare is not liable for reactions to any ingredient or material.
  • Exfoliating products may cause temporary redness, peeling, or irritation if not used as directed.

In the event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact the Company.

Possibility of Injuries and Damages

You acknowledge the inherent risks involved in using skincare and exfoliating products, including but not limited to abrasions, irritation, allergic reactions, or chemical sensitivities (“Injuries and Damages”). These risks may not be entirely eliminated.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using our products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with Injuries and Damages. You understand Seraphic Skincare does not diminish or contradict your understanding of these risks.

Limitation of Liability

Seraphic Skincare is not responsible for misuse of products or for injuries unless directly caused by our negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed ten (10) times the total amount you spent on Seraphic Skincare products in the preceding 365 days.
  • We shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including injuries to third parties.
  • Remedies are limited to those expressly stated in these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any legal actions must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction.
