After placing an order, you will receive a email from us confirming that we’ve received your order and preauthorized your credit card for the purchase.
Most orders arrive within 4–5 days or sooner. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1–2 business days from the date of your order. We will send tracking information to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order’s departure. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of placing an order, please submit an email containing your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process incoming orders quickly, any requests to change or cancel an order after it has been placed cannot be guaranteed. You may contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to inquire about its status, and in the event it has not yet been processed, we will be more than happy to make the requested alterations.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products and want to maintain our customers’ satisfaction. If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right. Send us an email with your order number and a description of your issue within 10 business days of delivery and we will do everything we can to help. Please note that any applicable refunds can only be issued to the original credit or debit card that was used to place the order.
