  • Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

    Free shipping is provided for orders placed within the US. All orders will be shipped by the next business day via USPS Ground Advantage™ and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • Delayed & Lost Shipments

    If you have not received your order within 7 business days or it becomes lost during transit, please contact us here or submit an email to support@seraphic-skincare.com. A member of our team will respond within 24 business hours to further assist you.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations

    Because we process orders quickly, any requests to change or cancel an order after it has been placed cannot be guaranteed. You may contact us at support@seraphic-skincare.com within 24 business hours of placing your order, and in the event it has not yet been processed, we will be more than happy to make any requested alterations.
  • Returns

    We honor a free 30-day return policy for all products.* To initiate a return, click here or go to seraphic-skincare.loopreturns.com and follow the prompts. A return label will be provided free of charge. Once the shipment is in transit, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    *Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot restock used or opened items; however, we require all refunded items to be returned to us for quality control purposes.
