Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive order and tracking confirmations at the email address provided. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, contact support@seraphic-skincare.com.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders. Orders ship the next business day via USPS Ground Advantage™, arriving typically within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days or appears lost:
Email support@seraphic-skincare.com and our team will respond within 24 business hours.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot always be modified or canceled. If you need to make a change, email support@seraphic-skincare.com within 24 business hours. If your order has not yet been processed, we will accommodate your request.
Returns
We honor a free 30-day return policy for all products, with a prepaid return label.

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return is marked “in transit.” Refunds take approximately 7–10 business days.
Hygiene Notice
Due to hygienic standards, we cannot restock used or opened products.
However, all items must be returned (used or unused) for quality control.
