How to Use
Don't Skip the 15-Minute Soak
For deeper exfoliation with the viscose tools, soak your skin under warm water for approximately 15 minutes before use. This is the most important step—it softens the outer layer of dead skin and prepares skin for effective exfoliation.
Body Mitt
- Prep: Wet and wring out the mitt.
- Exfoliate: Step away from the water stream and use firm, controlled circular or back-and-forth motions on clean, softened skin.
- Finish: Rinse, pat dry, and moisturize.
For deeper body exfoliation, use approximately once per week.
Facial Mitt
- Cleanse: Use the terry cloth side with your favorite cleanser.
- Exfoliate: Wet and wring the mitt, step away from the water, and use the viscose side with gentle, controlled motions and light pressure.
- Finish: Rinse, pat dry, and follow with your usual skincare routine.
For lighter facial exfoliation, use the viscose side with cleanser without the 15-minute soak.
Back Exfoliator
- Prep: Wet and wring out the exfoliator.
- Exfoliate: Step away from the water stream and use the signature viscose side on clean, softened skin with controlled back-and-forth motions across the upper, middle, and lower back.
- Cleanse: Flip to the terry cloth side and use with body wash for everyday cleansing.
- Finish: Rinse, pat dry, and moisturize.
Bikini Buffer
- Prep: For deeper exfoliation, soften the bikini area under warm water for approximately 15 minutes.
- Exfoliate: Wet and wring out the Bikini Buffer, slide your fingers under the strap, and use gentle, controlled circular or back-and-forth motions.
- Finish: Rinse, pat dry, and moisturize.
For lighter bikini exfoliation, use with cleanser 2–3 times per week without the 15-minute soak. After waxing or sugaring, wait 48–72 hours before exfoliating. After shaving, wait until the skin is no longer sensitive or irritated.
Avoid freshly shaved, sunburned, broken, irritated, or freshly treated skin.

Care Instructions
After each use, hand wash the tools with mild soap and rinse thoroughly to remove loosened skin, product, and residue. Gently wring out excess water and allow each tool to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area.
Use the hanging loops or handles for easy drying where applicable. Store all tools in a clean, dry place between uses.
Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, and high heat, as these may affect the quality of the fabric.
For optimal performance and hygiene, replace the mitts approximately every 3 months, or sooner with frequent use.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Free shipping is provided for orders placed within the US. All orders will be shipped by the next business day via USPS Ground Advantage™ and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delayed & Lost Shipments
If you have not received your order within 7 business days or it becomes lost during transit, please contact us here or submit an email to info@seraphic-skincare.com. A member of our team will respond within 24 business hours to further assist you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, any requests to change or cancel an order after it has been placed cannot be guaranteed. You may contact us at info@seraphic-skincare.com within 24 business hours of placing your order, and in the event it has not yet been processed, we will be more than happy to make any requested alterations.
Returns
We honor a free 30-day return policy for all products.* To initiate a return, click here or go to seraphic-skincare.loopreturns.com and follow the prompts. A return label will be provided free of charge. Once the shipment is in transit, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
