How to Use the Premium Back Exfoliator

Prep Your Skin
Cleanse, then soften your skin with warm water in the shower or bath for a minimum of 15 minutes. This step is crucial for an effective treatment. For cleansing or light exfoliation, skin softening can be omitted.

Gently Exfoliate
Dampen and wring out the exfoliator. With the viscose side facing your back, use both hands to pull the exfoliator toward your body in slow, side-to-side motions. Continue over the upper, middle, and lower areas of your back, slowly increasing the amount of pressure until your desired level of exfoliation has been achieved. Additional products (e.g., cleansers) should be avoided for the deep exfoliation method. You may see dead skin and impurities on the fabric. Alternatively, you may use cleanser on the exfoliator for gentler exfoliation.
