How to Use
Two Sides, Two Ways to Use It
For Deeper Facial Exfoliation:
- Soften Skin: Soak your face under warm water for approximately 15 minutes.
- Wet & Wring: Wet the mitt and wring out excess water. Step away from the water stream.
- Exfoliate: Using the viscose side, gently move across clean, softened skin with controlled motions and light pressure. Deep exfoliation can be done up to once per week.
- Rinse & Finish: Rinse your skin, pat dry, and follow with your skincare routine.
For Lighter Exfoliation & Cleansing:
Use the viscose side with cleanser for lighter, more frequent facial exfoliation, or flip to the soft terry cloth side for gentle facial cleansing.
Avoid the eye area and do not use on broken, irritated, sunburned, or freshly treated skin.

Returns
We honor a free 30-day return policy for all products.* To initiate a return, click here or go to seraphic-skincare.loopreturns.com and follow the prompts. A return label will be provided free of charge. Once the shipment is in transit, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
