Unlike scrubs or loofahs, traditional Korean-style exfoliating mitts use a time-tested exfoliation method that relies on the unique texture of viscose fabric and gentle friction on well-softened skin. Instead of spreading products or using harsh particles, they effectively lift away dead skin, buildup, and impurities—revealing smoother, softer skin you can see and feel after just one use.
Note: Not everyone will visibly see dead skin roll off, and that’s completely normal. If your skin has been recently exfoliated, there may be less buildup to remove. As long as your skin feels smoother afterward, it’s working.

Our exfoliating mitts can be used on most skin types, but those with sensitive skin should use extra care. Always patch test first, use light pressure, and avoid exfoliating irritated, broken, or compromised skin. Avoid sensitive areas of the body, or use very light pressure in these areas. Our exfoliating mitts are designed for the body and should not be used on the face.
For particularly sensitive skin or those who prefer a lighter touch, we recommend our Gentle Premium Exfoliating Mitt, which features our gentlest weave for a softer exfoliating experience.

All of our body exfoliating mitts use the same time-tested viscose exfoliation method, but they vary by exfoliation intensity and design to match your preference.

Gentle Exfoliation

Moderate Exfoliation — Our Signature Texture

Includes the Original Premium Exfoliating Mitt, the Divine Glow Exfoliating Mitt (dye- and bleach-free), as well as our seasonal and limited edition mitts. All share the same texture, performance, and lightweight, quick-drying design; differences are color only.

Deep Exfoliation
For those looking for a more intensive exfoliation.
Includes the Deep Exfoliating Mitt and the Double-Layered Premium Exfoliating Mitt, which features a thicker construction with terry cloth lining for added durability, grip, and glide.
No matter which you choose, all are designed to effectively remove buildup and reveal smoother, softer skin—it simply comes down to your preferred level of intensity and experience.

For the best results, the most important step is to soak your skin in warm water for at least 15 minutes, whether in a bath or shower. This softens the skin and prepares it for exfoliation. You can cleanse beforehand, but be sure to rinse away all cleanser before exfoliating.

Once your skin is fully softened, dampen the mitt, wring out excess water, and step away from the water stream. Gently glide the mitt over your skin using back-and-forth or circular motions. No products or heavy pressure are needed—the fabric does the work.
As you exfoliate, you’ll begin to see dead skin and buildup roll away.

Rinse your skin thoroughly, towel dry, and follow with moisturizer to hydrate and protect your freshly exfoliated skin.

For the traditional deep exfoliation method (on soaked skin without cleansers), we recommend using the mitt up to once per week. For lighter exfoliation (such as with a cleanser), you can use it a few times per week depending on your skin’s sensitivity. Adjust frequency based on how your skin responds.
